That's a lovely tableau, Miss Julie. If that's your mantle you've worked hard to create something that looks nearly effortless.
Yep it looks just right. The mirror over my fireplace irritates me because the proportions are wrong. I find that painting very moving ... whenever I see it I think of the sameness of the bush and how easy it would be to get lost in it.
