Sprayette

These are probably going to die from kindness! I have tied them up and moved them into a bit of winter warmth. Wanted to put them on the front porch but thought that could be tempting fate. This is the orchid with three sprays - whereas the image on 18th May is of the speciment with only one flower spike.

I think both these will need to be separated (is that the word?) during the off-season.

Hee hee hee hee hee ... this is sooo exciting ...

Yes it is soooo exciting. I will be following each episode of this story.

BTW I was surprised the photo on your other blog was of your Dad. I guess I had your dad down as being in his nineties. Probably because my Dad would be in his mid nineties if he were alive today.

Interesting this ... another RL friend said this too ... Dad was a father at 24 and was 27 when I was born. That is quite young - certainly by todays standards.

My Dad was forty when I was born but I am at the tail end of a large family. They also got started late by the standards of the day because Dad was away at war for the first 3 years of their marriage.
