Jacarandas are filling the blue of the sky all along my way to work. I took these photographs about 5:30 this afternoon as I sauntered home, much to the delight of a snuffling doberman.
I will try to get some wide-angle shots of streets that are nearly completely purple!
I am also on the track of some agapanthus to show their stages. Need to do that this week as we now embark on temps in the high 20s for a week at least and this will give them a massive spurt along.
Thanks for this ... I will show you the one in the neighbours garden when it flowers .... about mid December. I'm heading down to the city today so will be on the lookout for the Sydney display.

Jacaranda is a plant I miss here very much but - no chance with our climate :-(.
Oiiiii what photos to look at - having around 0 °C ;-) this morning. :-)
I LOVE jacarandas - they're glorious.
We don't have any down here - it's a plant I really miss from home. (that's home no.1 in toowoomba)
