Orchids as impossibly beautiful and varied ... no wonder people go mad over them.

I've never tried to grow them myself.

I am about to take the big jump and separate mine that were blooming during June/July. Just preparing the soil now.

The ones in this hot house in the gardens were one of the best displays that I have ever experienced. I was not the only photographer who went bananas over the display!!!

Wqw you have interesting blogs. The orchids are so beautiful.
I hope our swampy works OK. (Bill used to work in air conditioning) The swampy works well in dry heat like in the outback they are not so efficient in humid weather, as they actually pump more humidity into the air.
